Cost

Full price for one coach is $800. This includes continental breakfast, lunch and dinner for the weekend.
Discounts - Register another coach from the same gym for $750. Each coach you add beyond two pay just $725 each.
Alumni Coaches - If you are a coach that has attended a previous UB Boot Camp with Tom and Neil you receive the Alumni Rate of $700.

Flip Fest Gymnastics Camp - Coaches can stay at the camp in cabins. All meals will be at the camp. The fee to stay at Flip Fest is only $75 but for this price you have to bring some of your own sleep gear. Coaches that stay at Flip Fest must bring the following: your own bedding (twin sheets, blanket and pillow) or sleeping bag, bath towel.

Meals

Lunch and dinner are included. These meals are working meals where Tom and Neil use handouts and videos to cover important topics - How To Maximize Each Workout, How To Prepare Gymnasts For Future Levels, How To Plan A Year Of Training and much more.  Bring your questions so we can answer them.
